We offer standard shipping for all orders as shipping fee is $5.

Note: Couriers we work with are beyond our control, and times of delivery may be subject to change in times of national holiday or unforeseen circumstances.

Naturally, circumstances of delay with couriers are out of our control so we allow for up to 5-10 working days for delivery. 

All online orders received before noon will be shipped with our couriers that same day. Online orders received after noon will be shipped the next day with EMS depending on the item. Delays may be experienced during certain times of the year and if this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible via email.

We reserve the right to change these conditions due to unforeseen circumstances or if an item has run out of stock and has to be specially ordered. We will keep you posted on any changes to the best of our ability.

If we are unable to supply any item(s) within 14 days, you will be contacted by telephone or email to offer alternatives or cancel your order. 

In any case, we aim to deliver goods within a maximum time frame of no more than 21 days from receipt of the order. If we are unable to do this, you will be contacted to make arrangements for any necessary refund to be issued.
